Did one of your products not do it for you? No problem. You can request a refund within a week of receiving your items. But, before you do, drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure the subject line has your order number and “RETURN” written in it. All items need to be sealed in original packaging. There will be no refund or return on opened items. If you do return an open item, a credit is not guaranteed, and you will be given the option to have it sent back at your expense. All diapers are final sale. All shipping will be covered by the customer, Toronto Cloth Diaper does NOT cover any shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
